Description of Service

Artifactor is a Chrome browser extension that allows you to export conversations from AI platforms (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Grok) into structured document formats. The extension processes your data locally within your browser.

User Rights

When you use Artifactor, you have the right to:

Export your own AI conversations for personal or professional use
Choose which format to export your conversations in
Use the exported documents for any lawful purpose
Remove the extension at any time

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Artifactor only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the extension to violate the terms of service of AI platforms
Export conversations that you do not have the right to access
Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the extension without permission
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension
Use the extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

The extension, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Artifactor. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the extension for its intended purpose. The content of your exported conversations remains your property.

Subscriptions & Payments

Artifactor offers both free and paid plans. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance on our behalf.

Paid Plans:

Pro Monthly — Billed monthly, cancel anytime
Pro 3 Years — One-time payment for 3 years of access

All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy based on your location.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with Artifactor Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund:

Contact us via Discord or email within 14 days of purchase
Provide your order number or the email used for purchase
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refund conditions:

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
For monthly subscriptions, refunds apply to the current billing period only
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
After a refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. In accordance with Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms, we reserve the right to issue refunds within 60 days to resolve disputes and prevent chargebacks.

Cancellation & Termination

Cancelling your subscription:

You can cancel your Pro Monthly subscription at any time
After cancellation, you'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made after cancellation
Pro 3 Years plans do not require cancellation (one-time payment)

Account termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to paid features if you violate these Terms of Service. In cases of termination for violation, no refund will be provided.

You can manage your subscription and billing through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

Third-Party Platforms

Artifactor interacts with third-party AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, etc.). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes these platforms may make that affect the functionality of our extension.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Artifactor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The extension will always be available or error-free
The extension will be compatible with all platforms or browser versions
Exported documents will be perfectly formatted in all cases

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artifactor and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the extension.

Changes to Terms
